How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → LifeTraject → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
I lost my check-in data — can it be recovered?
Check-ins are tied to your account and synced to our servers. If you're signed in with the same account, your data should appear. If not, contact us with your account email.
The app isn't showing my direction result.
Direction analysis updates after you've logged at least 3 evening check-ins in a 7-day window. Keep logging and the label will appear.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Sign out → Delete account. This permanently removes all your data. Alternatively, email us and we'll handle it within 48 hours.
Can I use LifeTraject on Android?
Not yet — LifeTraject is currently iOS only. Android is on the roadmap. Email us to be notified when it launches.
I was charged but can't access Clarity features.
Try Settings → Restore Purchase inside the app. If that doesn't work, contact us with your Apple ID and transaction ID.
